When ordering, just let us know the practice name and the year it appeared in the magazine (For example, Riverside Heart Specialists, 2021). If you have any questions when ordering, just let us know. There are lots of out-of-town plaque makers out there. But only Jacksonville Magazine has the right to use the artwork from the publication. And supporting a local business like ours just feels better, right?

Plaque measures approximately 10’’ x 13”. It ships to you ready to hang. Award is hi-resolution print on archival paper. Each plaque is made to order, so please give a couple days to fulfill your request. Delivery to in-town addresses is free. Orders placed for addresses outside of Duval County will be mailed and additional postage and mailing materials will need to be charged. We’ll let you know how much the additional fee will be before completing the order.
